Where is TidalWalk?

I really enjoy your concept of Tidalwalk. I think that it will be a special place when all is said and done.
As an individual who is hoping to break into the real estate development industry, would you mind sharing how you got into the biz and/or what you feel would be a good route for someone who wants to get in the industry to take?
Thanks for any info,
Bobby
